Design Description:
Swirling the lamp, inspired by the Chinese toy gyroscope, the light bulbs on both sides lower their center of gravity below the support point, so that the two points form a vertical line to achieve balance. The equal weight bulbs on both sides lower its center of gravity, so he can be placed on any fulcrum and gently moved by hand to rotate the balance. Never fall.
