This is a grill restaurant “Himawari” (sunflower in Japanese). When you think of sunflowers, you probably have an image of many yellow flower blooming under a blue sky, but what we had in mind was “a single sunflower beautifully blooming under a moonlit night," which was suitable for during the night.
