Cooperation content: design analysis | appearance design | structural design | prototype production | accompanying running assistance
This is the iterative scheme of "before modification-after modification" designed and built by Suoguo. As the core operating end of ultrasonic equipment, its design upgrade revolves around "the comfort of accurate holding experience of ultrasonic operation". It realizes the double optimization of function and experience in form, color and details. It is a typical sample of medical human-computer interaction design iteration.
1. Design Analysis: Scenario Adaptation Upgrade for Ultrasound Operations
The core scenario of the ultrasound handle is the handheld operation of clinical ultrasound diagnosis, and the underlying logic of this iteration is centered on "scene pain point resolution:
Experience optimization of functional modules: both schemes retain the core modules of "operation control area (top key), holding area (handle body) and cable connection area (bottom interface)", but the modified scheme strengthens "holding comfort" and "operation identification"-aiming at the pain point of "pure black form is easy to show bulky and operation area identification degree is low" before modification, through color and form adjustment, adapt to the clinical needs of "long holding" and "rapid identification of the surgical field.
Scene upgrade of materials: before modification, "all black hard plastic" is the main one, which conveys professional feeling but lacks skin-friendly property; After modification, a "white and blue" medical grade plastic combination is adopted. After modification: soft man-machine language: the color combination of "white and blue" weakens the cold feeling of the tool, the white holding area conveys the emotional attribute of "gentle care", and the blue operation area forms the visual focus, allowing medical care to quickly locate the function key; The arc surface optimization in form makes the handle fit the hand curve more closely, strengthens the operation perception of "man-machine integration", and adapts to the long-term holding requirements of ultrasonic diagnosis.
3. Design Details: Accurate Optimization of Operating Experience
Details of the upgrade around the "ultrasound operation accuracy and comfort:
Details of the operation area: the key and the handle are the same color before modification, and the recognition degree is low; After modification, the "blue-white contrast" design is adopted. The key area is highlighted in blue. Doctors and nurses can quickly identify function keys in the surgical field to realize "blind operation". The convex height and spacing of the keys have also been optimized to avoid accidental touch during glove operation and improve the accuracy of ultrasonic parameter adjustment.
Details of the grip area: before modification, the grip area is in the form of a pure black straight line, which is easy to fatigue after long-term holding. After modification, the "arc texture gradient form" is adopted. Adaptation of holding form: before modification, the handle diameter is thick and stiff, which is easy and laborious for small-hand medical care. After modification, the diameter of the handle has been reduced in weight and narrowed, and the holding area adopts "gradual arc surface" to meet the holding requirements of different hand types. Whether it is fine operation with one hand or stable operation with both hands, it can maintain natural hand posture.
Optimization of weight and center of gravity: after modification, the center of gravity will be optimized to the "middle of the holding area" through material and structure adjustment, so that the wrist will receive more uniform force when holding, avoiding wrist fatigue caused by long-term operation; The lightweight treatment of the overall weight also makes the mobile operation of ultrasonic diagnosis easier, and is suitable for mobile diagnosis and treatment scenes such as bedside and emergency.
