In the travel scene, the traditional thermos cup can only be passively insulated, unable to actively heat and accurately control the temperature. Users often face the embarrassment of "wanting to drink warm water but only hot water/cold water. Starting from this real pain point, this project designs a portable water cup integrating heating, constant temperature and digital display.
Design Strategy
Modeling language: integrated straight cylinder, line restraint, no extra decoration. The straight barrel form maximizes the complexity of the compression mold, and the side wall can be directly CNC or injection molded at one time, avoiding the additional mold opening cost caused by the shaped surface.
Color scheme: low saturated light bean green cup body warm yellow cup lid/button embellishment. Green conveys the tonality of healthy and healing products, and yellow serves as the visual anchor point of the functional area to guide users to quickly locate keys and display areas.
Functional Zoning:
The middle part of the cup is embedded with a black OLED digital display area, which displays the water temperature in real time, and the warm water mode at 55 ℃ is clear at a glance.
Integrated one-button power switch at the bottom, simple operation logic, reduce learning costs

Landing Description
The feasibility of mass production is considered in the design stage of this scheme:
1. Straight cup body → simple mold parting line, reducing CNC man-hours and EDM
2. Single button interaction → controllable number of internal structural parts, low BOM cost
3. Standard cup diameter → Compatible with the existing heating base supply chain, no need to customize the core components
4. The number of appearance parts is small, the assembly process is simplified, and the defective rate of mass production is reduced.
