1. Design Analysis
Use scenario: family bedroom, chronic disease management center, health care ward, for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, sleep apnea and other patients with respiratory rate, heart rate, blood oxygen monitoring.
Core appeal:
• Non-sensitive monitoring-non-contact radar detection, no need to wear electrodes;
• Medical-grade accuracy-respiration rate error ± 1 brpm, real-time exception alarm;
Home integration-looks like "bedside sound", weakening the cold feeling of medical equipment.
2. Design Language
Form: elliptical "cobblestone" horizontal host suspended triangular bracket, symbolizing the flow and ups and downs of "mountains and rivers rhyming.
Color: medical white light gold waist line, conveying "Deschamps" quality and warmth; status lights hidden in the waist line, not dazzling at night.
Material: shell PC ABS antibacterial material, surface 1μm fine bite, alcohol-resistant wipe 10,000 times; Bracket aluminum extruded anode, light weight and corrosion resistance.
3. Design Details
hidden radar window:
• The 60 GHz mmWave radar is placed in the top 0.3mm transparent window with no visible openings and signal attenuation <0.5 dB.
Suspension Triangle Bracket:
The triangular cross-section hem continues the elliptic curve of the main machine, the hem radius is R5 mm, and the vision is light; The bottom is 5 degrees backward, and the radar beam naturally points to the chest.
One-piece fabric mask:
The front is covered with acoustic fabric, taking into account both sound and wave transmission, hiding 4 × 1 W array speakers, and playing sleep aid sounds.
Magnetic power socket:
The 24 V power contact at the bottom is adsorbed in alignment, and the power is connected in 1 s. There is no protruding plug, and the head of the bed does not trip the wire.
Quick Disassemble Dust Filter:
• The dust filter screen is embedded in the rear grid, fixed by magnetic attraction, and replaced in 30 s to ensure the heat dissipation and cleanliness of the radar.
4. ergonomics
Placement height: the bracket is 120 mm high, the radar center is 350 mm from the bed surface, covering the height of 0.8-2.2 m, and the user does not need to adjust the sleeping posture.
Viewing angle: the top OLED micro-screen is tilted at 10 degrees, and the respiration/heart rate value can be checked in bed. No visible strong light, sleep without interference.
Operating force: the whole machine is 420g, holding and moving with one hand; The silicone ring at the bottom is non-slip, and the pushing and pulling force is less than 5 N.
Cleaning posture: oval rounded R30 mm, no cleaning dead angle; The fabric mask is removable and washable, IP22 splash-proof.
Sound feedback: The array speaker has a directivity of 60 °, only the bed area is 50 dB audible, and the accompanying room is not disturbed.
Summary
