I would like to ask what tools will be used to polish PLA materials for 3D printing. And when printing a single piece, the structure of the model itself will be assembled and decorated directly with glue?
After trying, I think ABS printing materials will be better polished than PLA. Generally, the polishing steps can be as follows: 1. Polish the coarse sandpaper first 2. Then add soil supplement, Tian Gong, red ash, putty, etc., pay attention to wearing a gas mask 3. After polishing, spray the background color to check and polish, or spray water to replenish the soil. If there is any unevenness, fine sand can be used to directly polish with water to replenish the soil. After several attempts, it is a bad choice to use hot melt adhesive if the assembly of the printer itself is relatively large or heavy (I haven't tried glue such as AB glue), and it will automatically fall off after a period of time. Since this print of mine is relatively large and will be colored in parts later, I connect it with screws instead of glue.
The process is not important, the important thing is often the result.
That's cool.
