A small suggestion, the cabinet is currently set on the table top, forming a three-sided splicing, two are exterior finishes and one is cross-section. You can consider putting the upper cabinet on the vertical board of the table and making a convex avoidance on the table top. The desktop can be rounded back and forth. It might look a lot better.
