Asians are very particular about the knowledge of eating. How to eat naturally and healthily is the main concept of eating nowadays. We have a deep understanding of the main spirit of our owner, Hong Kong New Life Tea Team, to create this brand. Apart from the strict selection of ingredients, the most emphasis is on the way to make ready-to-eat, fresh and direct food. From the selection, cleaning and production of ingredients to presentation to customers, the two most important values of nature and health are emphasized. Faced with such a concept of diet making, the images that keep appearing in my mind are natural scenes such as the slow waves generated by the wind blowing through the rice fields, the floating clouds flowing in the sky, and the swarms of fish swimming in the ocean. We hope to intervene an element in the space. Through this element, we can divide the public domain and the private domain functionally. In the public domain, customers can take food. After taking food, customers can return to the seats in the private domain to eat, distinguish dynamic and static behaviors, and reduce mutual interference. This is a bit like the concept of ant nest, going out for food and homing, there is a sense of "home" stability in behavior. We chose a special curved wooden grid system to be placed in this space. After digital and structural precise calculations, a natural rhythm and beauty are produced. When walking in this space, no perspective is repeated., Fixed, replaced by a spatial experience of flow and exploration.
