UT-202D Pocket RS-232 to RS-422 Interface Converter

In order to facilitate remote data communication between computers, external devices or intelligent instruments equipped with different standard serial interfaces, the standard serial interfaces must be converted to each other. The converter is compatible with RS-232 and RS-422 standards, and can convert single-ended RS-232 signals into balanced differential RS-422 signals. The converter can extend the RS-232 communication distance to 1.2 kilometers. No external power supply is required to be driven by a unique "RS-232 charge pump". No power supply is required to be obtained by initializing the RS-232 serial port. There is a zero-delay automatic transceiver conversion inside. The unique I/O circuit automatically controls the direction of data flow, without any handshake signal (such as RTS, DTR, etc.), it ensures that the program written in the RS-232 full duplex mode can run in the RS-422 mode without change, and ensures that it is suitable for the existing operating software and interface hardware. The converter transmission rate is 300-115.2Kbps. It can be applied to form point-to-point and point-to-multipoint remote multi-computer communication networks between main control computers, between main control computers and single chip computers or peripheral computers, realize multi-machine answering communication.
