Escalade Industrial Design was commissioned by Huahong Machinery to carry out a new design for the appearance of crawler tractor products. The project team and the customer for the product design requirements for detailed communication and analysis, in view of the balance of output and cost, decided to use glass fiber reinforced plastic material, manual paste, lamps and other accessories for adaptation and selection, saving cost input. In order to ensure the perfect assembly of the panel design and the chassis, the project team conducted a detailed measurement and research on the product chassis, and used three-dimensional scanning technology to collect chassis data. According to the convenience requirements of the customer, the designer personally experienced and analyzed the ergonomics. The design scheme is mainly dynamic and powerful, with strong layering, and the combination of painting and form can improve the overall appearance. The product is designed for the needs of customers such as mountains, hills, orchards, greenhouses, etc., and uses rubber crawlers to walk to adapt to a variety of complex terrain and working conditions. The success of the new design has enhanced the image and brand value of Huahong's products, and has been unanimously appreciated by customers, distributors and users.
