For the 15-year-old product, the original intention of this product is to bring back the low-cost mold on the market for upgrading design. After intense discussion, we still chose to meet several demands such as waterproof, portable, adsorption and texture to develop the design. Of course, the choice of waterproof material is silica gel (cheap and large bowls). Since we used a large number of suction cups in the design at that time, we used them to use them, the suction cup can be turned into a large suction cup and can be firmly sucked. The large sound hole of the whole product was done a lot of exquisite at that time, and finally it was decided to shrink to the top with a circular gradient. Like the mirror metal chrome plating process reflects the texture, in addition to the conventional black and white silver gold (because the color texture of solid silica gel is more wood, so gold and silver need to be painted), but also added SAO gas of tender pink, now it seems very SAO gas.

The sleeve is made of silica gel. The molding process of silica gel is somewhat similar to making cakes. First, weigh the material well, press it with a mold, and blow it out by a fan. The cost of silica gel products mainly depends on the weight, and the mold cost is not high.
