First of all, it must be explained that the company originally asked the Hong Kong design company to design this project. It only designed an earplug and did not design a charging box. Later, because it was seriously inconsistent with the electronic scheme and 3D printing was not comfortable to wear, it came to me to revise it again and again. It was changed dozens of times. Finally, the shape was changed beyond recognition and the original appearance was basically invisible, the charging box was designed by myself, so there should be no problem if I calculate this as my own work;

The shape of earplugs looks strange, but this is all in order to fit the electronic scheme and consider the comfort of wearing. The horn-like protrusion on the surface shell is to install a spiral antenna inside (the spiral antenna is to have a stronger signal and the effective distance of Bluetooth is longer), and you can also hold it here when you take off the earphones. The shape of the rear shell is entirely for wearing more comfortably and more stably. After all, it is a sports, this curved surface has been changed for 20 times. It is estimated that there are some. Every time it is printed in 3D for everyone to try on, and a lot of shells are printed until all colleagues feel comfortable. The final product is really very comfortable and stable. It will not be thrown off in running anyway. And IPX7 waterproof, wearing swimming is no problem.

The design of the charging box took a lot of effort. First of all, it must be adapted to the two earplugs, with sufficient battery capacity and as small as possible. After trying many shapes, it was finally determined that the cylindrical shape saves the most space. Aluminum alloy material can be made thinner and feel more upscale in order to maintain firmness;
