In my humble opinion, everything should be treated in a "dialectical" way, both good and bad. Although handwriting helps to deepen memory, copying the wrong questions will take a lot of unnecessary time and reduce the learning efficiency for sorting out the wrong questions. Of course, if it is for the process of solving and answering questions, handwriting is applicable to the famous saying "good memory is not as good as bad writing.
