2020 is a special year for the world. The 10.1 of 2020 is a particularly grand day for the Chinese: it is both the National Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival. As a traditional Mid-Autumn Festival delicacy, moon cakes represent the worship of the moon. We hope that this packaging design can express the implied spirit of the moon, inspire people, and explore new light in the chaos of the 2020.

The outer package is opened by tearing, and the tearing action represents the remaining 1/4 in 2020. A sentence will appear when the package is torn open: "It is also considered to have experienced the ebb and flow of the tide, and the surprise will bear fruit in the cracks".

The moon is the guardian of the earth, even if it is black and blue all over, it must be the brightest one in the sky at night. The design uses an embossing process to restore the moon's ring pit.

We have tides because of the moon's gravity. The fate of all people is like the tide, which inevitably has the ebb and flow. We put the visual concept of tidal ripples through the whole process, including the translucent inner seal of the petal shape.

Some people say that the epidemic is a warning to us by the earth. We hope to minimize the pollution of packaging and add the concept of sustainability. Each inner packaging box is unfolded as a 15-day calendar, which can be combined with the outer packaging to become a desktop calendar. Moon cakes come with seeds, which can be planted in outer bags.
