Elvis XOG TWS Headphone Design

Source of inspiration
When designing the project, although the original intention of the product was to be a headset suitable for all users, we still wanted to give the design a theme. The original design was inspired by the visual effects of vintage sports car and science fiction spaceships. The concave and convex surfaces of the sports car and the spaceship create a strong and intense visual effect, which perfectly matches the design elements of the case shape to show the shape of the headset. The metal material was chosen because it is a promising material, thin and strong, and more suitable for the theme of the spacecraft.

Design Update
We pushed thinness to the limit, creating thinner shells and thinner earplug designs. The shell design now uses cleaner lines to simplify the visual effects while making the entire design more like a modern sports car.

Prototyping

Charging base
It will be shipped with the XOG headset when it comes to market. The design has something in common with TWS headphones in terms of material, theme, etc., making it the perfect accessory to help the product better convey its concept. And the bracket as one of the selling points of the product.

Better user experience
In order to create a better experience, let the charging stand change the way users use the device. The stand is carefully designed so that the user can remove the earplugs from the charging case without removing the charging case from the charging stand. Therefore, users can continue to use the device at home, and can easily take out the entire device when going out.
