What you said is right. There are indeed many problems, so it can only be regarded as conceptual design. However, standing riding itself does not consider riding for a long time. It is really too clever to train them as you say.

The main standing riding is to serve the stunt properties of this car. Pedal strength and material fatigue really need to be considered, but it is not impossible. If this design really wants to go to mass production, there are still many problems that need to be solved and improved. These also determine that if the car is actually mass-produced, its own cost will be higher and very small. It is not a tool that can be used as a contemporary walking tool to make you comfortable to ride, nor does it have to be used as a tool for stuntmen to "exercise". It is a toy for a small number of enthusiasts.
