Background: With the rise of AR technology, there are more and more AR-related products. At present, the mainstream AR equipment in the market is Hololens. As a representative of binocular integrated AR glasses, it has actually injected a shot in the arm into the AR industry at the beginning of its sale. The AR glasses developed by Microsoft, a giant, are also amazing in human-computer interaction technology, and its product design has a sense of future technology. At present, AR glasses have been popularized and applied in many fields. For example, in geological exploration, especially in the application of remote transmission of pictures taken by unmanned aerial vehicles to AR glasses recently, the high definition and wide field of vision of binocular AR glasses can enable researchers to have a clear understanding of the actual situation.

Insight: At present, AR glasses are mainly divided into two categories. Google Glass is the originator of all-in-one monocular AR glasses, but due to the immaturity of the overall supply chain, Google finally announced the closure of the consumer version of the project. Google also finally launched the second generation of enterprise AR smart glasses. Monocular AR glasses In terms of application scenarios, monocular AR glasses with low resolution and small field of view are restricted and can only perform simple information acquisition and transmission. In the face of industrial maintenance that requires more auxiliary information, monocular AR glasses with limited picture clarity are slightly stretched, and monocular AR glasses are difficult to perform long-term practical operations. However, among the mainstream equipment of binocular AR glasses, Hololens is the most prominent. Because of its double-eye integrated design, the product can be well fixed. However, the weight of the Hololens has also reached nearly 600g, which can be said to be the largest short board of headband binocular glasses and is not suitable for long-term operation.

Strategy: First, analyze the pain points of existing products, combine the principles of ergonomics to find breakthrough points, and finally optimize the wearing experience reasonably. Second: Lightweight split design, matching a variety of wired connection scenarios.

Design: This binocular AR glasses with 100 million mirrors in virtual reality are designed to create a perfect wearing experience. There are four breakthroughs in the overall design; the first point is that the wearing headband and AR glasses host part are split in structure, but the appearance is always integrated. The second point is to balance the front and rear counterweights, with the upper part of the ear as the fulcrum, and use the weight of the front lens module and the main board to balance the weight of the rear battery module. When the head is pitching, the sensory experience is not affected by the pulling force caused by the imbalance of front and rear weights. The third point is that the headband is comfortable to wear. According to the analysis of ergonomics, the tolerance of the human skull is much stronger than that of the face and the bridge of the nose. Therefore, the flexible headband is more suitable for head wearing equipment, which can not only realize size adjustment, but also meet the elastic adjustment that affects comfort. The separated host part can realize pitch angle adjustment without affecting wearing to meet different long-term operation scenes. Fourth, the integrated transparent eye mask, wrapped lens module and internal structure, more concise appearance, while enhancing the product's sense of technology.
