Combined with AI visual recognition technology, the intelligent sausage roasting machine can automatically identify and judge the type and quantity of sausage. The back of the machine is provided with a storage space for refrigerating roasted sausages to be baked. 45 sausages can be stored on the baking chain inside the machine, of which 5 are baked at a time in the front selling area, 5 are preheated, and the remaining 35 are stored on the back baking chain.
In terms of appearance, in order to better show the action of the sausage and give consumers a sense of experience, the display window adopts a cross-surface hot curved acrylic method, allowing consumers to observe the internal baking situation in real time and form the effect of bright kitchen and stove. The front end is provided with a bamboo stick area and a pick-up port for roasted sausage.
