Roamate is the first design that I completed as the main designer and the team after I joined PunchBy Design. It took a long time. Starting from 2023, the design was locked in 24 years and finally released in 25 years. I am very grateful to everyone who gave their ideas and painstaking efforts for this project. I have also gained a lot of growth from it;

The original intention of designing this product is to create a vehicle with the smallest and most portable folding volume in the world, thinking about how to help disabled people travel, and defining a new way of travel. From the product definition to the folding configuration in the early stage of the product, from various use states to the ultimate folding size and action (the folded size is about equal to a small size suitcase, which can be folded with one hand and meet the requirements of four rounds of landing), it is a very typical design-first project from 0 to 1 to participate in each research and development link of the product. After a lot of design iteration and verification, it finally presents the product form of the current intelligent walker electric wheelchair. The core purpose is not to simply stack the product functions, but to meet the use scenarios, to meet the various needs of disabled people in a more portable and miniaturized way, and to better help their lives.
