This project involves industrial ID design for a portable electronic oral spray, positioning it as a pocket-sized personal-care consumer electronics device.
In terms of design, it embraces a minimalist, clean‑line aesthetic, balancing ergonomic grip with portability. Its compact form factor ensures easy storage and fits effortlessly into pockets or small bags, making it perfect for on‑the‑go use anytime.
The design process balances aesthetic appearance with internal hardware layout, appropriately reserving space for the atomization module, the liquid reservoir, and the battery, while coordinating component assembly relationships and thoroughly evaluating the feasibility of subsequent tooling and mass production. At the same time, we’ve refined the human–machine interface: the grip and key‑press actions feel more natural, the tool‑like aesthetic has been softened, and the design aligns with the modern consumer‑care industry’s preference for refined, minimalist styling.
The design adopts a restrained, clean aesthetic, eschewing superfluous ornamentation and instead leveraging curves and lines to define the product’s texture. Within a compact form, it strikes a harmonious balance between visual appeal, practicality, and craftsmanship, delivering a portable oral-care solution perfectly suited to modern lifestyles.
