Trojan horse design has specially formed two professional teams for the project: one team is responsible for design research and market analysis, and the other team focuses on industrial design. In the early stage, the design research team conducted market visits and questionnaire studies on real estate, and derived the design pain points and user needs of the service robot; then the industrial design designed a service robot with certain era characteristics according to the problem orientation. In the process of robot design, in order to provide users with better experience, we have newly defined the robot interaction system: the head of the robot is composed of two touch screens to enhance the interaction between humans and machines.
In the early stage of the design, we drew a large number of sketches to define the overall appearance of the robot, reflecting affinity and technology.
At the same time, it also uses cardboard to build a one-to-one grass mold to further verify the reliability of the shape, and finally designs a brand-new service robot.
