The master chose his favorite concubine, and he did not want to see these "beautiful ladies" in the corner, so I decided to let them show their beauty......

Customer's Appeal: Make the difference of electric toothbrush in material, and use melamine material as electric toothbrush to remove the damage caused by plasticizer to the body.
Design difficulties: melamine material needs to ensure a draft angle of at least 3 degrees (left and right mold closing is not easy to do waterproof, left and right mold closing also needs a draft angle of 3 degrees, affecting the product shape and grip), the length of the electric toothbrush body is basically about 150-170mm, under the premise of ensuring the product can be demoulded, the toothbrush body can only be made into a radial horn shape.
Melamine introduction: Melamine resin, chemical name melamine, is a kind of plastic, which belongs to the thermosetting plastic in plastics. It is non-toxic and tasteless, resistant to bumps, corrosion, high temperature resistance (120 degrees), low temperature resistance, compact structure, strong hardness, smooth surface, not easy to break, strong durability, easy to color, and very beautiful color.
Solution: Considering the toothbrush grip, melamine material characteristics and processing requirements, the horn-shaped body caused by the draft angle is the main visual feature, and a ceramic-like ancient electric toothbrush is made by combining the morphological elements of ancient porcelain.
