1. Design Analysis
Use scenario: high-frequency incision/separation in the operating room, taking into account "extreme sharpness, precise control and fatigue reduction".
Core appeal:
• Zero damage-cutting edge geometry optimization, cutting resistance reduced by 20%;
• Light weight-long time holding wrist load <1 N;
Safety-replaceable blade + anti-needle protection, one-button knife removal.
2. Design Language
Form: sports car ENGINE line-tail air inlet, guide groove extends to the back of the blade, giving "speed-strength" image.
Color: surgical grade matt silver + deep space gray anode ring, eliminate reflective vertigo.
Material:
Handle 6061-T6 aviation aluminum + hard anode, resistant to 134 ℃ high temperature disinfection;
• Blade 420 modified martensitic stainless steel, vacuum plasma coated, Ra ≤ 0.08 μm.
3. Design Details
Hidden LOGO: tail laser micro-engraving "ENGINE", only 15 side light visible, to meet the "text placement inconspicuous" requirements.
Triangular flow guide groove: 0.3mm microgroove on both sides of blade back, reducing tissue adhesion by 35%, and clearer vision.
Magnetic knife magazine: N52 magnetic ring is embedded in the tail of the handle, which can absorb the metal plate and temporarily put the knife without slipping.
