The stainless steel pipe is welded with four pieces of stainless steel sheets, and the bottom surface of the solid wood is slotted, and the screw is connected with the embedded nut in the solid wood from bottom to top. In this way, the problem of uneven solid wood panels can be perfectly solved. I thought that large-scale goods could be produced smoothly. Due to insufficient precision, incorrect hole position or incorrect notch of stainless steel pipes proofing by the factory, there were always errors in matching with solid wood. If self-tapping screws are used and a long solid wood notch is opened, the accuracy requirements for the assembly of solid wood and stainless steel will not be so high. Considering that some parts of the product are damaged during the later shipment and need to be replaced, it is better to use embedded nuts instead of simple self-tapping screws, which is also convenient for consumers to reassemble. Therefore, the hole of the stainless steel sheet is enlarged, and some operating space for screw installation is reserved. In order to ensure that the arc part of the solid wood panel and the arc part of the stainless steel can fit perfectly, we went to look for a higher quality factory. The proofing of this sample was replaced by a total of three stainless steel factories before and after, and finally presented it to consumers with such a small and exquisite image. The size of this model has been deliberated several times. The lower leg can be inserted into the bottom of the sofa, and the height of the upper panel is just convenient for people to sit on the sofa and watch plays and work. If you want to tuck your legs into the side for a few miles, the stainless steel metal frame can also be disassembled to free your legs. It is used in a wide range of scenes.
