How is the connection between the bracket of the rocking chair and the seat surface? The structure of that block is not very clear.
The idea is good. The pattern in Figure 1 is stable. Just add wheels to the bracket in Figure 1. If the cart pattern does not hold the product, it must roll over or back, which cannot pass the safety regulations.
