This project is a music therapy auxiliary product focusing on the mental health of empty-nest elderly. It aims to respond to the social pain points of over -0.18 billion scale of empty-nest elderly in China, high incidence of psychological problems and insufficient intervention of existing old-age care services on mental health, so as to meet the core needs of the elderly to relieve emotional pressure, obtain companionship and social connection, and fully adapt their physical functions and cognitive characteristics. The product is based on the three major music therapy methods of acceptance, impromptu and re-creation as the theoretical support, and constructs the design strategy of "product life, interactive interface suitable for aging, and healing specialization", and transforms professional music therapy into daily experience of independent operation for the elderly: through AI technology analysis of physiological signals such as EEG and heart rate of the elderly, personalized healing music matching emotional state is dynamically generated to realize accurate and professional psychological intervention; simplified interaction and intuitive visual guidance are adopted to lower the operating threshold and fit the usage habits of the elderly. Integrate functions such as cooperative performance and music sharing to alleviate the loneliness of the elderly. The product covers three core functions of brain wave music mode (collecting EEG signals to generate music to adjust mood and sleep), music conductor mode (realizing healing through interesting interaction such as light sensation and vibration), and cooperative player mode (supporting multi-person online ensemble and work sharing). It is matched with supporting mobile phone application to record healing data, generate health report and support family members' remote attention, A complete service loop of "professional intervention-autonomous operation-emotional companionship-data tracking" is formed, which not only provides a simple and easy-to-use daily healing experience for the elderly, but also creates a professional and warm mental health protection scheme for the empty nest elderly through social interaction and family linkage.
