1. Design Analysis
Scenario: Ophthalmology clinic, optometry center, used for anterior/posterior segment examination and digital recording of cornea, lens, retina, etc.
Core appeal:
Second-level positioning-electric lift + pitch, 3 seconds to complete focusing;
• zero fatigue-the doctor 8 h sitting wrist does not hang;
• HD sharing-built-in 4K digital module, real-time screen teaching.
2. Design Language
Form: Cantilever "C"-shaped optical path skeleton, with rounded base, forming an encircling "eye" language.
Color: medical white + deep space gray + lake blue light halo, transmitting cleanliness and technology.
Material: base aluminum alloy die-casting, cantilever carbon fiber tube, 35% weight reduction, lifting and moving response.
3. Design Details
Electric pitch joint:
• Hidden stepping motor + harmonic deceleration, pitch range ± 15 °, noise ≤ 40 dB.
One key lift:
• base 70 mm mute electric lift, 0.1mm repeat positioning, adapt to different doctor height.
Digital light path one:
The optical path outlet is directly connected to the 4K camera without an external beam splitter; USB-C one-line power supply + data transmission.
Joystick integration:
The top of the handle is integrated with a photo button, and the thumb can click naturally. Surface Soft-Touch coating prevents hand sweat.
Patient's frontal respiratory port:
Can be 134 ℃ high temperature disinfection silica gel, U-shaped cross section 30 ° soft folding, fit face without indentation.
Anchor wrap around strip:
The lake blue LED is only 2 mm micro-seam, indicating the standby/running/fault three-color state of the equipment.
4. ergonomics
Operating height:
The lifting range is 730-800mm, the doctor's elbow joint is 90-110 natural bending, and the shoulder and neck are raised zero.
Wrist posture:
The ball head of the joystick is φ40mm, the ball center is located on the extension line of the wrist joint, and the ruler deviation is reduced by 12 °.
Vision:
• Eyepiece tube 10 degrees forward tilt, the doctor can head-up, without cervical anterior extension.
Patient comfort:
The front and back 50 mm of the front and back of the front and back are stepless adjusted, and the jaw is upturned by 5 degrees to reduce neck overextension.
Movement and positioning:
