KANSEII -- The portable charging angle grinder has changed the sharp and angular shape of the traditional hand grinder, replaced by a round flow linearity, integrated with the design concept of perceptual engineering, and has a good grip feel in hand holding, adding non-slip rubber pads, and The switch that is easy to contact with the hand has good ergonomic performance; the auxiliary handle has the function of adjusting the speed, and displays different speeds through the light on the top, and can choose to be inserted on the right or left side to facilitate the use of a small number of left-handed people; the head of the angle grinder adopts a rotatable design, which is convenient to handle objects with different angles, and the intelligent motor will adjust the speed or brake according to the situation; The tail adopts a magnetic rechargeable battery, and uses this as a first-level switch to ensure safety. Three dynamic and energetic light wires at the tail show the power of the angle grinder battery.
This design successfully solves the two shortcomings of the traditional angle grinder:(1) The body of the traditional angle grinder is mainly square, and the user will feel the discomfort of the hand during long-term use, and the grip is not good, which affects the work progress. (2) When the angle grinder needs to change speed, the user often stops working for adjustment, which affects the working process; when it is necessary to deal with objects with different angles, the user's posture will change accordingly, sometimes causing unnecessary fatigue. In addition, the design has also made good improvements in heat dissipation and dust prevention, so on the whole, this design conforms to the current development trend of electric tools.
