I am a non-industrial design practitioner, but the problem of the exposed UAV blades has been bothering me for a long time. Can I make some shape changes and ensure safety without wrapping the entire UAV blades? Then I pondered over making this work last year ~ Now the consumer UAV industry is in decline, and I wonder if it is better to make everyone happy or not.

In fact, before doing this work, there is a special test module to test how much thrust can be generated. According to the results, it should be able to fly, but it is very difficult and inefficient. I also understand the truth that the three-leaf paddle is less efficient than the two-leaf paddle. To be honest, it does require a lot of analysis work, but I am not an expert in this field. As a DIY enthusiast, later, I realized that the problem of landing stopped and continued to deepen. In fact, at first I wanted to get a leafless drone.

The aerodynamic efficiency of the package is low. If the original endurance can reach more than 20 minutes, the endurance of the full package paddle guard is only more than ten minutes left. In fact, the efficiency of my work is also low. Due to the size limitation, I have to increase the number of paddle blades to improve the power.
