WRITE-BUG was founded in 2019, and the founding team mainly came from domestic university students such as Tsinghua University and Renmin University of China. Since its operation, it has accumulated 100000 + registered users, 91% of whom are college students aged 18-24, covering most colleges and universities in China. The average monthly retention of users is nearly 45%, and the proportion of direct visits is as high as 75%. There are 40000 + copies of high-quality content, with a total of 10000 + source codes for code quality evaluation.

In March 2023, WRITE-BUG 3.0 officially launched the internal test with a new look, taking the creation of a new generation of technology digital space exclusive to students as its brand mission, and establishing a business model of realizing community-driven content and providing personalized and subscription plug-in services.
