This time, on the basis of adhering to the concept of sustainable environmental protection, JS brand officially launched the JS shoe environmental protection series of returning to nature. The design of the first product is inspired by the original and pure natural aesthetics of natural ecology. The waste of coffee grounds after recycled ground coffee beans is selected as the raw material, and the brand's original 3D knitting process is used. The production process is completely intelligent and automated. The design details of the product are accurately presented through programming in the computer. The knitting machine runs and designs each shoe accurately to avoid material waste. The traditional shoemaking process leads to more than 50% of materials being discarded during the cutting process, while the 3D knitting process adopted in the environmental protection version ensures that the 90% shoemaking process is completed by automatic production, thus reducing the 90% production process and labor costs. The energy-saving and carbon-reducing environmental protection production process also makes the working environment of factory workers safer. The product is made of mixed coffee carbon fiber yarn made of coffee carbon fiber extracted from coffee grounds waste after recycling ground coffee beans to make uppers, which is integrally formed to realize 0% material waste. 100% natural materials provide fast drying and deodorization properties, and dye-free materials themselves become natural sources of product color. The new product allows the waste of coffee grounds to return to the product as a brand-new identity of coffee carbon fiber by refining and reusing the discarded coffee grounds, laying the main tone of the natural sustainability of shoes.
