This is a design-led product during Beisi's tenure in 2020. Beisi's first self-developed sweeping and towing integrated robot. At that time, with the robot research and development team built by Beisi itself, the product was designed from zero to one. However, it was very regrettable that it did not land in the end.

In 2020, when the market sweeping robot competition, cloud whale took the lead in integrating washing and drying function, through the sweep and wash drying integrated robot to break through the domestic market. Stone and Cobos followed closely and successfully seized the overseas market of high-end all-in-one machines. The design is mainly based on public aesthetics, highlighting professionalism and instrumentality, and more or less lacks a bit of human touch.

Combined with the popular young crowd market of Beisi brand, it is determined that Beisi has always chosen "personalization in popularization". For new brands, it increases the memory point of design and valuable design to support the high unit price of products. At the same time, it highlights the sensor and camera module with technical advantages at that time.

For the design of the internal stack, there were two general ideas at that time.

Direction one

Water tank dust collection three equal parts
Features: The clean water tank is distributed left and right, the integrated bag is placed in the middle, and there is a part of the space under the dust bag for other modules.
Disadvantages: It is clumsy and generous to put it in the home environment because the air duct is behind and needs to be designed to weaken the sense of volume.


Direction two

Clear water sharing
Features: The volume becomes smaller and visually thinner.
The design is difficult, and it is difficult to achieve the optimal layout within the specified time under the condition of limited resources.

Finally, the internal configuration is adopted to set up the dust collection in three equal parts of the water tank. Due to the conflict between the technology development cycle and the urgency of the market, there is no big breakthrough at the functional level in a short period of time. Turn to highlight the value of the product by amplifying the core technology points in the design-enabled marketing promotion and allowing users to perceive it as the main price influence point in this price range.

At the same time, combined with some existing technical advantages, strengthen the functions of cameras and sensors, so that users can feel the sense of value and realize the performance of the product, and make the product acceptable at home, reflecting the practical and beautiful brand concept.

Host design inspiration comes from the futuristic sense of "biological technology eye" and light luxury home style fusion. We weaken its expertise and tools, but with a sense of technology. At the same time, the product is more in line with the warm home atmosphere, more integrated into the overall home and living environment. A small amount of plating decoration also increases the value of the product. Make it look more expensive ".

Scheme exploration

The overall vision is still dominated by basic geometric elements, with a light sense of biotechnology.

At the same time, the base station in order to be more integrated into the home environment, more prominent furniture attributes. Like a small table next to the sofa.

The design of the base station tries to return to the sense of home and weaken the feeling of consumer electronics, so the screen does not use LCD black display, and the black screen elements will make the overall product look "electronic" too strong.
The overall shape is like a table, which is not disobeyed when placed beside the sofa. You can also place some items on it, open the cover and change the water directly. Therefore, the screen setting on the front side will not affect the interactive operation of the top.

The plan took more than a month to polish. Due to various reasons such as subsequent development, the plan was not listed in the end, and the sweeper did not do it later. However, everyone liked the plan during the review.
