Brief introduction: Tesla (Shanghai) co., ltd now has 7 employee restaurants. Due to the large area of the factory area and the limited lunch time for employees, in order to improve work efficiency, each work area implements the "dining near the restaurant" mode (the main dining personnel are mostly blue-collar workers in the factory and white-collar workers in the office), and the existing management methods are mostly enterprise WeChat and mail. However, with the rapid construction of Tesla's China R & D Center in the factory area, the General Affairs Department of the Enterprise is also planning the positioning of the employee restaurant in the R & D center (the main dining personnel are mostly Chinese model R & D personnel), hoping to bring a brand-new catering experience to employees through the development of special living catering APP while conforming to the vision of sustainable development of the enterprise.
At the same time, the restaurant is also used as a starting point, and other restaurants in the factory are driven to build an ecological catering ecological network through distribution methods. The overall innovation mechanism of the system is mainly divided into the following points: 1. Daily nutrition package mechanism: In order to provide more healthy catering mix for employees, the restaurant will introduce four types of nutrition packages with their own characteristics every day: vegetarian nutrition package, plant protein nutrition package, grain nutrition package, chilled seafood nutrition package, each package provides up to ten choices. In order to ensure the high quality and traceability of the ingredients, employees can click on the name of each dish to view the story of the ingredients behind it. Then employees can choose their own four favorite dishes. At the same time, each package is equipped with nutrition report and applicable crowd annotation, which makes it easier for employees to choose the package that meets their own health status. The nutrition package will be the first to be implemented in ecological restaurants and gradually rotated to other work area restaurants. 2. Health doctor mechanism: For some employees with sub-health conditions, the platform has also set up a health doctor mechanism. The health doctor interface can be entered in the upper right corner of the daily health package. The platform will enter the employee's physical examination report in advance and make intelligent menu recommendation according to the employee's physical condition, which is convenient for employees to make meal choices. At the same time, the module can also monitor the intake of each meal of employees and assist employees in self-health management. At present, the restaurant has taken the lead in opening the delivery service in the factory area, and all employees in the work area can enjoy the nutrition package. 3. Factory distribution mechanism; 4. Ecological theme packaging design; 5. Restaurant space layout innovation (top organic ecological space);6. My planting mechanism: As a daily organic experience area, employees can choose their favorite potted plants in the greenhouse flower shop and enter plant information through the platform. The flower shop will provide plant information and relevant planting guidance to employees. The daily enterprise activity department will also organize planting labor on a regular basis. Employees can sign up through the platform activity page and get certain bonus points to exchange for peripheral fine products.
