TIST created a story on oriental ideas integrating nature and mankind. Show windows lead natural inflow by raising interest of customers and the lobby photo zone contributes to user experience allowing customers to become a part of the story through participation and experience. We analyzed the customer flow to create mystique of 'Let's feel, Romantic Fall' in the open space and utilized animation on digital media, graphic walls, and banners in contact points to extend the story over the mall. The project, connecting the diversity of conflicting brands and images, was a romantic attempt transforming a commercial space to the imaginary space.
