Therefore, we combine the development trend of competing products and medical products, as well as the demand characteristics of product users and environment, and determine the design style of new products in the direction of future science and technology.
On the premise of keeping the appearance and curved surface smooth, it is a big challenge in the design to try to meet the requirements of the product. Because it is a teaching equipment, there are many and miscellaneous accessories used with the product. And considering the large number of students using it, it is very likely that the accessories will be lost or damaged unintentionally. Therefore, it is very important to keep the accessories properly. In the design, a winder and bracket are designed on the right side of the product, a drawer is designed at the bottom, and a limit device is attached to ensure the convenience of use as much as possible, while maintaining the integrity of the product appearance.
This product is an instrument for analyzing human body composition. The difficulty lies in the optimization of human-computer interaction and the balance between quality and cost.
At the beginning of the project, we conducted a large number of measurements and tests on adults in the height range of 130cm-195cm, providing extremely sufficient data accumulation for the optimization of man-machine size. At the same time, we also redeveloped the UI system to make its interface style fresher and softer, and the operation experience more natural and smooth.
