According to the report of "Girl Protection" Statistics on Cases of Sexual Abuse of Children in 2020 and Investigation Report on Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Education, a total of 332 cases of sexual abuse of children (under 18 years old) were exposed nationwide in 2020, with 845 child victims, of which 231 were committed by acquaintances, accounting for 74.04%.
These current situations show that the lack of sex education and sexual assault prevention education is an important factor causing frequent cases of sexual assault on children. Therefore, strengthening children's sex education and sexual assault prevention education is not only necessary but also urgent. The family plays a very important role in children's sexual abuse prevention education. Parents are the caregivers and guardians of children's lives, and they are often the first choice for children to report sexual assault. Parents' participation in them plays an irreplaceable role.
The purpose of this product design is to promote children to have basic sexual knowledge, correct sexual attitude and healthy values to ensure their well-being and dignity. Comprehensive sex education cultivates mutually respectful social and sexual relations, helps children learn to think about how their choices affect the well-being of themselves and others, and knows how to protect their rights and interests throughout their lives. The final design is a family sex education interactive experience product for preschool children. Based on the basic method of children's sex education of "body traffic lights", starting from the prevention of sexual assault education, the body-to-touch is mapped to dolls, supplemented by APP, to provide parents with basic knowledge of situation construction and sex education, so that parents can integrate sex education into small stories one by one in a vivid way, so that children and parents can use intelligent dolls to have appropriate opportunities to talk about sex education, at the same time, through the knowledge transmission of the interface, parents are no longer troubled by the lack of formal sex education knowledge, and it is difficult to speak.
