Rachel House is a modern villa designed to provide an open environment for families while ensuring individual privacy in the upper rooms. The cantilevered rooms allow the bedrooms to overlook the central water courtyard, which also provides shade for the ground floor. In order to ensure high visual privacy and human health, the project adopts a green design strategy to provide a comfortable living experience for families. The project aims to strike a delicate balance between privacy and social interaction, while providing flexible features to keep daily life going.
