😆Finally, we can talk about our favorite Nexus 3500 induction cooker project! -- This time we directly made the induction cooker "seamless concave", microcrystalline glass integrated molding, completely say goodbye to clean dead! Oil stain? No ~ (obsessive-compulsive disorder ecstasy✨)
🤔These are the places we must die:
Integral forming of seamless concave surface → Reject splicing gap (disaster area where dirt is hidden) → Adhere to hot pressing forming of whole microcrystalline glass (low yield but worth it)
Firepower visualization system → reject complex interface (user is not engineer) → insist on transmitting information with light color change (orange red = gentle fire/blue white = fierce fire)
⚠These places we decisively abandon:
Redundant button → Cancel timer/reservation and other low-frequency function keys (all integrated in a single knob)
Decorative elements → without chrome strips/prints/bump textures (purely functional oriented)
Excessive intelligence → focus on the essential experience of physical interaction. as for App, it depends ~
Adaptability of cookware → Reject universal solution (Chinese food needs professional solution) → Insist on optimizing curvature for round bottom pot (thermal efficiency improvement)
🧠The logic behind the design trade-offs: we prioritize core pain points (clean/thermal/intuitive operation) and other requirements must make way for the main line of experience. Just like cooking to master the temperature, the design also needs to understand the art of "receiving and putting".🔥

Strange and interesting design, lighting treatment is also very different. Sometimes when designing, you have to do something fun to wake up and brighten your eyes.
The feeling of the switch key can also be integrated. The Jiuyang induction cooker I bought six or seven years ago has already done so, but its appearance is not as good as yours (personally, your switch key has a little effect on the positive effect)
Just curious, does this concave surface need to fit the bottom of the pan? Is there a general performance guarantee for different pan types?
In this case, why is the induction cooker used
Mass production?
"Low yield" these three words alone will dissuade 99% of business owners. I envy you that you can find customers who are willing to pay for the design
Is this only an iron pan, not a pan with a sub-bottom?
Need cooperation?
Is it listed?
This design is really good
100 points
Not simple, not simple

This concave glass, excellent, wonderful🤏
Wow! The performance of the knob is a bit interesting! That's great.
