In the field of electrical design, the superposition of functions often leads to the complexity of the structure and the degradation of the experience. How to gracefully integrate multiple usage scenarios within a limited volume is a typical challenge.

The design of the SOLEUS AIR (Schuler's) multi-mode ironing machine shared in this issue gives a concise and powerful answer. Instead of chasing the superficial sense of science and technology, the project returns to the fundamental chain of user experience, unfolding around a core mechanical component-the "runway ring" stainless steel bracket, realizing the unity of function, storage and aesthetics.
