This uniquely configured chair draws inspiration from the Eames Aluminium Group chair and gives it an innovative twist. Constructed partly in sprung steel, the chair offers a very comfortable, cushioning feel as one takes a seat. The design is innovative in its construction as the me-tal strap which sits above the bent steel tube absorbs much of the tensile stress in the frame, particularly in the upper 'hair-pin' bend and prevents the tube from collapsing under compression in the inner bend radius. The chair is part of a suite comprising also of lounge chair and stool.
