Introduction: Are you afraid to try out the equipment in offline stores because of your enthusiastic shopping guide? Telecom Smart Business Hall 3.0 give you a unique experience of purchasing smart terminals. This design focuses on the terminal exhibition business of the telecom offline business hall scene, and introduces robots into the product introduction and promotion process. The purpose is to improve the store's self-service system, reduce the pressure of staff, and provide a richer experience form for offline stores.
Robots have the characteristics of both device attributes and agents. On the one hand, they can talk to people and trigger social scenes; on the other hand, they can directly interconnect with terminal products across devices to complete tasks such as control, data transmission, and extended information presentation. In the terminal function demonstration scene, this advantage can create a smoother experience. For example, when the user tries out the device, say "I want to know the function of the camera" to the robot, and the robot will directly control the mobile phone to turn on the camera; when the user explores the device, the robot uses the auditory channel as the background sound to introduce the corresponding page. In addition, in order to meet the business requirements, there is a drainage entrance for actively recommending preferential packages. The robot can also be used as an auxiliary screen to help salespersons display business information to users.
The robot mainly uses a conversational interface to reduce visual interference and focus the user's attention on the device. Users can freely choose voice or touch to interact with the robot. For some complex information, such as package discount rules, graphical interface is used as an aid. The robot has built-in various movements and expression effects to form a friendly and lovely intelligent body image and create an interesting emotional experience.
