The disinfection equipment designed for Xinhua Medical a few years ago is mainly made of stainless steel due to the harsh internal and external environment of the cleaning and disinfection cabinet. Due to the limitations of materials, processes and costs, the design space is very limited! In this regard, we have formulated the process plan of aluminum material with machining and extrusion molding, which avoids the high cost of molding and greatly improves the flexibility of design!
