Such integration requires the creation of a new and inclusive style through modern technology at the design and construction level. We let the first floor retain the appearance of the original building, and set up a custom-made door with metal gears at the entrance, reflecting the unique tone of the space. In order to match the tonality of this old era, only cement is used to paint the surface to create the natural texture of the space wall, and the ground is also matched with the same tonality. The kitchen space uses old-fashioned metal texture kitchen tables and wooden dining tables to form the middle island, while the living room uses black track lamps and wooden pallets with micro-industrial style as screens, and metal iron cabinets as TV cabinets. The consistency of overall materials and colors makes the space convey the effect of time condensation. As the toilet part faces the restaurant, wood and iron crafts are used to create bright color container shapes to increase the artistic effect of space installations.

The master bedroom on the second floor uses a lot of unique lighting, glass, wallpaper staggered collocation, and into some colors, so that the space shows the modern avant-garde characteristics. In terms of space processing, the TV wall is used to separate the rear dressing, dressing and working space to enhance the practicality and functionality of the space. The rear of the black mirror as a wardrobe door body, not only opaque, but also stylish texture. The overall use of oblique linear lighting, breaking the vertical structure, so that the space dimension has the change and interest, and then with the couch, imitation old seats, modeling mirror, to retain the atmosphere of the old era, so that the old and the new can blend.
