The paper "Overall Appearance Design of Precast Concrete Component Production Line" relies on the PC production line development project of Zhuyou Group. Under the background of the national vigorous promotion of prefabricated buildings, it studies the innovative methods of industrial design for the appearance and function of PC production line products, and carries out design practice, which has good social value and practical value.

The paper investigates the current situation and development trend of products in the assembly construction industry and PC industry at home and abroad, analyzes the basic situation, product mix and appearance style of the main competitors, and puts forward the design and development technical route and implements multiple rounds of program review and design iteration based on the enterprise brand concept.

Finally, through the mining and analysis of modeling images, the spatial framework of PC production line is divided into "lines", and the functional partition and modeling rhythm of production line are expressed through sketch design. Through the analysis of the color design concept, combined with the interpretation of the brand concept in the corporate brand promotion manual, the design color standard that meets the overall environmental requirements of the factory is established.

Through the design of image lines for the connotation of corporate culture and the application in appearance design, a unified and coordinated overall appearance of color and line combination is formed.

While conveying the brand image of the company, it realizes the construction of the overall image of the production line, factory building, and corporate image. At the same time, the details and functional layout of the production line are combined with ergonomic optimization design to create a comfortable, efficient and beautiful Work environment.

Finally, the digital model construction and implementation of the final selection scheme are completed. Through the project design practice, it provides new ideas and new methods for the industrial design of PC component enterprises.
