Introduction: At present, my country's distribution terminal business demand is huge, which takes up a lot of human resources; at the same time, the population density is relatively large, the distance of each single distribution is relatively short, and the requirements for the sustainable work capacity of unmanned distribution equipment are relatively low. Intelligent unmanned distribution equipment in a closed area can give full play to its advantages.
This design scheme is a real landing project, which needs to be commercialized based on the specific scene of the coffee shop. Specific problems: the labor cost required to meet the distribution tasks within the park is about 5,000 yuan per month. Therefore, the design requirement of unmanned distribution in the park was born. The interactive design task of driverless chassis using veddha is to design the design scheme for the user's pain points. Consumers and baristas are both users of this project, so the interactive design needs to be considered at the same time.
The main interactive process of consumers is: users place orders in small programs-wait for coffee production-check the delivery progress-get the meal delivery notice-find the delivery truck-scan the code to open the door automatically-take coffee-order completion; If there is a problem in the process of taking meals, you need to contact the clerk for help in time. The main interactive functions of the barista clerk are: obtaining coffee orders-placing coffee according to the designated box after coffee making-giving instructions to the car to start distribution; Receive fault information; Remote control of the car.
In terms of top-mounted modeling, industrial air is reinstalled. Bend pipes are used as weighing frames. The front and rear boxes divide the space for placing articles. The middle platform of the two boxes is the screen space. A touch screen is used to prompt consumers to take meals and provide the function of quickly contacting staff to deal with faults. At the same time, the details of practical application need to be considered: due to the fluctuation of terrain, the car body will shake, and the box is divided into grids of different volumes such as single cup/multi cup/salad to ensure the safety of food. The design tasks are: investigation and positioning of existing products of non-contact distribution trolley, layout analysis of non-contact distribution trolley, modeling design and prototype car production, interactive design and optimization of app between merchant and user terminals.
