This design proposes an intelligent unmanned equipment solution for the long-term operation under harsh conditions in the mine. Innovative design is carried out from the aspects of product function, appearance presentation and intelligent interface. The output mainly includes: physical model, design instruction PDF and manual, video, poster display board, etc. With the maturity of 5G technology, the intelligent, unmanned and standardized construction machinery has become a new trend in the development of the industry.
Domestic and foreign enterprises are increasing their efforts to invest in the development or upgrading of unmanned engineering equipment. Take the unmanned mining dump truck as an example. It has continuous operation capability in harsh environments and high efficiency under the blessing of 5G technology and the Internet of Things, which is unmatched by traditional mining dump trucks.
The intelligent unmanned mine truck conforms to the national "14th Five-Year Plan" manufacturing development plan, meets the needs of improving the occupational disease status of mine workers, and conforms to the trend of intelligent unmanned engineering equipment.
The innovation point of this Sany intelligent unmanned tramcar focuses on the design of the tramcar, combining the inherent characteristics of the tramcar and the characteristics of intelligent unmanned equipment from the realization of function, appearance innovation and familyization, and initially explored the unmanned The composition of the intelligent system with the mine car as the operating unit.
