The rehabilitation treatment equipment for lower part of the body which is interlocked with VR REAL W is a rehabilitation treatment equipment for lower part of the body that is interlocked with VR and the road and street of the virtual reality, the one that is being screened in VR, is expressed for the texture on the part where the user's foot is touched. On the floor section where the texture is being changed, the small segmented blocks could be fluidly change like the water or firmly fixed like a stone to direct various textures.
