Using the original UMDT methodology, the Convex and Concave Design team conducted a detailed analysis of the target demographic of the product based on Hubel's sales data. Designers found that Hubel's buyers are mostly concentrated in the post-90s middle and high-income groups in first-and second-tier cities. They have higher requirements for the product's color value. Cart, as a safe baby walking tool, also has social attributes. Different from the parents born in the 1980 s, they not only care about the growth of their children, but also pay more attention to their own feelings. The cart should not only meet the needs of the baby, but also meet the needs of parents for easy use and storage, convenient implementation and intelligence.

At the same time, the designer also conducted a comprehensive survey of the competition, not only analyzed the functions and style trends of popular styles of best-selling brands at home and abroad, but also looked for industry trends and summarized the future design direction of the industry, providing a reference for subsequent design. The whole product is developing towards the trend of quality, humanization, intelligence and home-based.
