We have participated in the industrial design and structural design of multi-functional self-service terminal equipment. According to the needs of the target market and customers, we have innovatively designed a different structure from the market and solved the pain points of similar products.
Through multiple rounds of human-computer interaction verification and simulation, the landing and listing of the final product were confirmed.

To solve the problem that the paper output position of the report is too low and it is necessary to bend down to take the report.
Reason: height restrictions on the transport of goods.
The first point: because the cargo transport needs to be fixed, the car to carry, height 10mm;
The second point: the general height of the hospital elevator is 1500*2400mm, and the height of the hospital door is not less than 1800mm.
General 2000mm maximum not more than 2400mm.

Solution: The central control part is increased to about 850mm, and it is pulled out from the front for maintenance together with the report printer.

The innovative report printer is located at the same level as the center console, sending the report directly to you, which is a more humanized operation mode.
The screen is located in the rear of the report printer, and the front size can be reduced as much as possible without blocking the normal operation of the report printer.

The card reader part is cut with a modeling angle, which keeps the horizontal working direction of the card reader, the man-machine operation height and the human body operation field of view, improves the product hierarchy in the modeling aesthetic feeling, and makes the product more compatible.

The sense of hierarchy is distinct. The diagonally segmented silk screen enhances the sense of technology of the product. The color strengthens the sense of hierarchy of the product. The semi-suspended screen is light and transparent, breaking the dreary atmosphere of the hospital. The prominent base increases the stability of the product.
