"Looking for the beauty in the distance" is a design public welfare project initiated by Alibaba Design. It gathers Ali's internal and external design forces to do integrated design for the national key assistance counties and uses the power of design to help rural development. Shangyi Design participated in this activity as a foreign designer, exchanged design experience with designers from all walks of life, and helped the development of local agricultural products in Lixian County, Gansu Province through design.

In November 2020, Li County, Gansu Province was officially lifted out of poverty. Such a little-known small county has rich resources of Chinese herbal medicine. Driven by Ali's public welfare, Shang Yi's design team participated in the public welfare design activities in Lixian County, digging out the local history, dialect characteristics, regional culture and other elements, and designed the traditional Chinese herbal medicine into the "tide brand" that young people like, including the design of Epimedium trendy drink "Yi! -Yaho! Seasoned herbal tea "and dangshen/angelica/astragalus herbal medicine bag design" health care bag "two products, give full play to their design strength, contribute to the development of agricultural products in Li County.
